At Westwatchs, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing a COD order.

1. What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery instead of paying online during checkout.

2. COD Availability

  • COD is available only in selected locations.

  • COD eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain areas or orders at our discretion.

3. Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders must be confirmed via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • If the order is not confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel it.

4. Order Processing

  • COD orders are processed only after confirmation.

  • Please ensure your contact number and shipping address are correct.

5. Refused or Undelivered Orders

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order without a valid reason:

  • Westwatchs reserves the right to restrict future COD orders from that customer.

  • Repeated fake or non-serious orders may lead to account blocking.

6. Payment at Delivery

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Delivery partners may not always carry change.

7. Returns for COD Orders

COD orders are eligible for return according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer

  • UPI / digital wallet

  • Store credit

(Refunds are not provided in cash.)

8. Additional Charges

Westwatchs may apply a small COD handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout (if applicable).
